Gipper Media
At Gipper Media, I designed 575+ graphics and customizable templates for schools and athletic programs, each one built to translate a team/school’s information into a branded, clear message. Working within a tight-knit creative team of four, I collaborated closely with our art director, creative director, and program developers, regularly incorporating feedback to refine concepts and keep every design on-brand, polished, and user-friendly. Projects typically moved from concept to final delivery within a few days to a couple weeks, and were adapted across formats and aspect ratios for social media, digital scoreboards, and websites. I balanced creative problem-solving with efficient production workflows (assets organized in Dropbox, progress tracked in Jira) to help the team deliver high-quality work at scale without sacrificing consistency or speed.
Each graphic was designed in a single aspect ratio (e.g. 4:5) and then scaled to other sizes like 1:1, 16:9, and 9:16. These sizes were initially chosen to fit specific social media platform aspect ratios, but they can now be used across multiple platforms.

Some graphics were optimized for a single aspect ratio like the weekly schedule displayed below. This graphic might appear on a TV in a school, on a school's website, or on social media. Although it's only built in one size, the 16:9 aspect ratio remains versatile.

Below are examples of different 'packs' I worked within to create graphics. In other words, packs acted as brands—each graphic or template was designed to fit cohesively into its designated brand. You may notice that across packs, some graphics contain the same core information. In this role, I learned how to tailor that information differently for each brand, so it integrated seamlessly into the existing pack's look and feel.

Outside of social media graphics and templates, I also worked on creating environmental graphics for digital score tables and score boards. Below are a few examples:

Another area I tackled as the "utility player" of the creative team was holiday graphics. I learned to create a very specific vibe with many of the holidays as we aimed for a more athletic twist.
